Empowering Those Newly Diagnosed with Parkinson’s
Over the years, we have partnered with Parkinson’s UK to create multiple educational video series designed to support and empower people who’ve recently learned of their Parkinson’s diagnosis.
The goal is simple: to replace fear with understanding, isolation with connection, and uncertainty with confidence. Through honest stories and expert insights, the series helps people feel informed, supported, and ready to take positive steps forward.
A Parkinson’s diagnosis can be overwhelming, and early experiences often shape how individuals adapt to life with the condition. Parkinson’s UK wanted to build trusted digital resources that offer empathy, guidance, and optimism, helping people navigate their next steps with confidence
We’ve created multiple video series, from encouraging people to join local groups, to working with clinicians to provide safe guidance, each blending real patient stories with insights from clinicians.
Human, Honest Storytelling: Filmed in a natural, conversational style to capture genuine reflections and shared experiences. We have filmed in out studios, travelled across the country to community centres to hear from Group leaders, specialist nurses and encourage people living with the condition to send in self filmed videos to ensure we include a wider audience.
Expert Voices: Clinicians offer practical, clear advice, balancing empathy with authority. Those living with the condition offer authentic, real experiences. We also interview and feature the CEO of Parkinson’s UK.
Positive Framing: Language and tone emphasise empowerment, resilience, and proactive wellbeing. We balance positive outcomes and inspiring stories, with the real life challenges of living with Parkinson’s.
The videos we create provide a positive, accessible resource that continues to support the Parkinson’s community long after diagnosis.
