Inspiring Movement Through Real Stories
We collaborated with Parkinson’s UK to design and deliver a nationwide campaign that championed inclusivity and authenticity- to help people living with Parkinson’s discover the life-changing benefits of physical activity.
For many, exercise can feel intimidating or out of reach, especially when symptoms make movement challenging. Our goal was to reshape that perception, to show that being active doesn’t need to mean high-intensity workouts, but can start with simple, joyful moments like walking the dog, playing table tennis, or joining a local class.
Real People, Real Settings: We featured members of the Parkinson’s community engaging in familiar activities, from walking football and boxing to seated workouts and outdoor walks.
Multi-Platform Storytelling: Content was designed for use across national billboards, digital displays, and Clear Channel boards, supported by educational video content and social assets.
Authentic Environments: Filming and photography took place in carefully chosen locations, including the Beacon of Light Leisure Centre in Sunderland- a bright setting that reflected the campaign’s optimism and energy.
