A bespoke exercise library to take Olson Apps Pilates app to the next level.

Successful multi-app company Olson Applications Ltd commissions 1FitLife to create a premium library of pilates exercises. To elevate user experience and expand its offering, 1FitLife produced 80 tailored pilates videos designed to engage and activate older adults, bringing expert-designed movement content directly into users’ homes. Built with accessibility and progression in mind, this comprehensive library supports users of all abilities, offering a welcoming and empowering approach to gentle movement and wellbeing.

The goal of the project was simple: to enrich the app with high-quality, easy-to-follow exercise content that boosts physical confidence, improves mobility, and inspires consistency. By integrating professional production values with thoughtfully designed sessions, this premium library helps users feel supported and motivated, turning everyday movement into an uplifting and achievable routine that enhances both body and mind.

Collaboration: Working with our Director of Fitness, we comprised around 90 pilates exercise movements for our model to perform. We used two camera operators, a Director, Gaffer and Photographer to ensure the set was used to its maximum potential by everyone involved in the production.

Dynamic Filming Techniques: Filmed in our Studios, we use a dual-camera setup, one static and one mounted that provides movement to each shot. We opted for a clean visual approach with white flooring and white background to make the model contrast with the set and extenuate the movements.

Bespoke Editing Style: The finished videos needed to be displayed in a specific layout suitable for the Olson App. We tailored the filming to this ensuring that the angles would translate well to the platform. We used subtle zooms and ensured each video loops seamlessly to show the movement well.
