IIH UK
Bringing Safe, Supportive Exercise to the IIH Community
IIH UK is a national charity supporting people living with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension, a condition that can cause severe headaches, visual disturbances, tinnitus, and chronic pain.
People living with IIH often experience symptoms that can make physical activity feel overwhelming or even impossible. To help those affected manage their symptoms safely and confidently, we partnered to produce a series of expert-led exercise videos. Featuring real IIH patients and a specialist physiotherapist from Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital, the sessions were designed balance medical safety with accessibility and motivation

Every aspect of production, from set design to editing, was sensitive to the needs of the IIH community.
Clinically Informed Production: Set design and lighting were carefully chosen to minimise visual strain, while movement sequences were developed under clinical supervision.
Inclusive Exercise Design: Workouts offered multiple intensity levels, so participants could adapt depending on how they felt each day.
Supportive Aesthetic: On-screen graphics, pacing, and music were purposefully gentle, reinforcing a calm, reassuring experience.
Marketing Content: To promote the series, we created a suite of short-form marketing videos to raise awareness, showcase expert input, and encourage engagement across digital channels.
