Project Overview
1FitLife had the opportunity to collaborate with Her Strength, a fitness platform founded by Lucinda Newman-Jones, to create a comprehensive content package for her 28-day fitness programme. Her Strength specialises in strength training and fitness solutions tailored specifically for women, particularly busy women and mums. The goal of the project was to produce high-quality video and photographic content that would help Lucinda engage her audience, promote the programme effectively, and offer clear guidance throughout the 28 days. The content needed to convey both the accessibility and effectiveness of the programme, reinforcing the message that even busy individuals could maintain consistency in their fitness journeys.
Project Solution
To meet Her Strength’s needs, 1FitLife crafted a series of engaging, dynamic videos and still images that could be utilised across multiple platforms. The project was structured to feature Lucinda explaining the programme’s key components, with an emphasis on making fitness accessible for women with busy schedules. This involved creating four weeks of video content, including weekly intro videos, marketing segments that focused on the benefits of the plan, and a “tip of the week” video to provide value and support throughout the programme. High-quality b-roll footage was also captured, showcasing Lucinda demonstrating the exercises in a variety of settings, all aimed at promoting the ease and practicality of the workout routine for at-home use.
Execution
The execution of the project involved a multifaceted approach to ensure variety and flexibility in post-production. We utilised both portrait and landscape camera setups, offering flexibility for various social media platforms and marketing materials. To capture dynamic, cinematic shots, we employed a gimbal for smooth, fluid motion, making the videos more engaging and professional. Lucinda, an experienced personal trainer with over 15 years in the fitness industry, was filmed speaking directly to the camera, guiding her audience through each phase of the programme. In addition to the videos, we captured high-quality images of Lucinda performing the exercises, which were designed for use as thumbnails and promotional imagery.
Deliverables
The final deliverables included a comprehensive set of content designed to support Her Strength’s 28-day programme. These deliverables included an overarching plan promotion video, along with three short videos for each of the four weeks: a week introduction, a plan benefits/marketing segment, and a “tip of the week” video. Additionally, we provided high-quality still images of Lucinda demonstrating exercises, which were tailored for use as thumbnails to increase engagement and visibility on digital platforms. These assets were all designed to promote Lucinda’s fitness membership, engage the target audience, and provide valuable resources to help women stay consistent with their at-home workouts.
