Their new app was to become a holistic wellbeing space and our aim was to develop a high-level strategy and roadmap for the future of On-Demand content.
1FitLife played a pivotal role in transforming the David Lloyd Clubs app from a fitness-centric platform to a holistic wellbeing experience. Our team took charge of the app’s content creation, designing and producing everything from workouts to copy and imagery. We also offered strategic guidance and collaborated on the app’s development. In addition, we developed customised training plans for users and managed the content management system.
Our skills in video production and our expertise in fitness meant we were able to quickly stand up a library of content, with access to 100s of videos. Filmed in our Studio, the content was designed to help members stay active, either at home or on the gym floor. Our main focus was to help members achieve their goals, which led to the development of personalised training plans that were designed to increase flexibility, build strength, focus on the mind-body connection, and help beginners get active. Members can access blogs, meditations, workouts, recipes and nutritional advice to help them stay healthy and on track to reach their goals.
