As part of its evolution and rebrand from AECC University College to Health Sciences University (HSU), the institution wanted to create an impactful record of this transformation, capturing both the spirit of the rebrand and the inauguration of their new chancellor, Her Royal Highness Princess Anne. Our longstanding partnership with HSU made us the ideal choice for documenting this historic event in a way that would resonate with the institution’s community, supporters, and future students. Additionally, this project required official approval from the palace, adding an extra layer of prestige and precision to our work.

Solution

For such a prestigious occasion, we focused on delivering a polished, professional video that would reflect HSU’s commitment to advancing health sciences education. Our aim was to capture not only the formal inauguration ceremony but also the excitement and significance of the rebrand. Working closely with the university’s team, we crafted a narrative that highlighted the institution’s heritage while embracing its forward-looking vision as Health Sciences University.

Our team meticulously planned each detail of the shoot ensuring the event was captured in a way that felt both intimate and grand. Filming in a live setting with distinguished guests, including Princess Anne, required a precise approach to filming and coordination with event organisers. Following production, the video underwent a thorough review process to obtain sign-off from the palace, ensuring all protocols and expectations were met.
